In the chapter 10, there is a clear understanding that women encounter gender inequality in the workplace. The attitude of the female workers should be suitable according to the workplace culture and behavior. In this 21st century, the concept of sexism still exists in the workplace, which should not be there at all. On the other hand, it can be stated that there are still differences in the attitudes toward women. The higher management of the organization should come up with proper policies, and procedures in order to make every women comfortable in the workplace.
